Please reach us at Info@beyondskagwaytours.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We offer multiple ways to book an escape game with us! To reserve your escape game online with us, click here! Feel free to also give us a call to book a game at, (907) 612-0499. From the months of May to October, we also accept walk-in's, and can schedule a game with you right here in our office!

Cost for Escape Games:

$35 (tax included) Per Person

$175 (tax included) Private Group (up to 6 people)

We accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards at Skagway Alaska Escapes!

The escape games have a capacity of 6 guests, and if booked per person, there may be a chance you will be with other guests in the escape room.

When booking a private group, the escape game will only be with your party!

We ask that guests arrive 15 minutes prior to schedule escape room time. This will give time to fill out waivers, go over the safety speech, and brief guests on the story of the room!

As it also serves as an emergency exit, the door will remain unlocked during the entirety of the game. If a guest does leave during the escape game, the time will continue ticking.

Our games are family-friendly, and do not have any intentionally scary elements!

With the opening of our new game "Snow on the Tracks" we will have more immersive audio and lighting effects that may be scary to those under the age of 8, and those with sensitivities. We will offer a Sensory Friendly version of the game, that is toned down with those guests in mind!

Of course, in fact, our fastest escape was a group of local High School Students, in just 30 minutes!  Escape games are a great way to teach problem-solving and teamwork for kids. Some of the puzzles were created with older brains in mind, and may be tough for those under the age of 12.

We require anyone under the age of 14, to have an adult guardian play the escape game with them!

Feel free to give us a call or send us an email, we can either re-schedule, or cancel.

If you have already pre-paid online, we will issue refunds for the rooms if cancelled up to 2 hours prior to scheduled time.

This version of the game, is more relaxed, and has minor adjustments to sound, lighting, and other sensory effects in the game. The door to the escape room is also allowed to be open, and guests can take breaks on the porch if need-be! Guests are allowed to bring in comfort items and other support items into the game.

We have created this option to accommodate guests with young children, and guests with sensory and vestibular sensitivities, anxiety, PTSD, dementia, autism spectrum disorders, learning differences or challenges that prevent them from playing most escape rooms.

If you have any other special requests, reach out to us and we would be happy to accommodate!

Sadly, due to the historic nature and tight space in the boxcar, the escape room is not wheelchair accessible.

We are exploring options in the near future to try and remedy this, so everyone can play!
